Career counselling and placement cells serve as a link between students and organizations as well as and guides students to choose right careers. Career counselling and placement cells assist students in achieving and securing their career aspirations. It raises awareness about higher education, self-employment, potential career prospects, and job opportunities. Our students have been hired by reputable organizations. The Placement Cell improves students’ employability by carrying out a pre-placement training curriculum that provides an understanding of the workplace corporate culture and ethics. The training course covers numerical, analytical, aptitude, linguistic, and technical skills.
Career counselling and placement cells is a specialized division within a college that helps students find jobs by connecting them with business enterprises through campus recruitment drives, offering career counseling, resume writing workshops, interview preparation training, and other services aimed at improving their employability and securing placements after finishing school. On the college campus, the Career Counselling and Placement Cell has a seminar hall, a group discussion room, and interview rooms. Students are permitted to attend all employment opportunities available on campus, pool campus, and off-campus.

Step 1: Student Registration
Students interested in placements need to register with the placement cell, providing details like their academic records, skills, and preferred job roles.
Step 2: Pre-Placement Training
The placement cell conducts workshops and training sessions to enhance students' skills in resume writing, interview techniques, communication skills, aptitude tests, and group discussions.
Step 3: Company Outreach
The placement cell reaches out to potential employers, inviting them to conduct recruitment drives on campus.
Step 4: Company Presentations
Companies present their organization, job profiles, and recruitment process to interested students during pre-placement talks.
Step 5: Shortlisting
Based on their registration details and performance in preliminary assessments, students are shortlisted for further rounds.
Step 6: Aptitude Tests
Companies may conduct written aptitude tests to assess students' technical knowledge and logical reasoning skills.
Step 7: Group Discussions
Shortlisted candidates participate in-group discussions where they need to demonstrate their communication, leadership, and critical thinking abilities.
Step 8: Interviews
Students who clear the previous rounds are called for personal interviews with company representatives.
Step 9: Offer Letters
Companies extend job offers to selected candidates based on their performance throughout the recruitment process.
